So, when we couldn’t find sausages in the Pacific North-West that lived up to our expectations, we decided there was only one way to go...

The British Banger Co was born.

Following a move to Los Angeles it was time to bring these to town.

To ensure that authentic British banger taste, using traditional butchers recipes and only the finest cuts of GRASS FED, PASTURE RAISED Heritage pork mixed with GLUTEN-FREE crumb, herbs and spices, to create locally sourced sausages that have the unmistakable succulent taste of home.
